- Remove existing vanity, countertop, sink, faucet, toilet, flooring and
wall-mounted bath accessories.
- Wash walls with TSP and remove all dirt and mold.
- Repair minor wall damage.
- Prime and paint walls, ceiling, door casings and window casings with 2 coats
semi-gloss anti-mold treated paint.
- Install new 36" economy-grade wood vanity, countertop with 4" back and side
splash, sink, faucet, new valves and water supply lines.
- Install new vinyl sheet flooring and 2-1/4" paint-grade baseboard.
- Install new toilet, new valve and supply line.
- Install new vanity mirror and light fixture.
- Install new GFCI receptacle and new dimmer switch.
- Install new bath accessory package, including: towel bar, toilet tissue holder
and robe hook.
- Clean up and debris removal.

- Install new 60" custom wood vanity, solid stone countertop with 4" back and side
splash, undermount sink, faucet, new valves and water supply lines.
- Install tile or natural stone flooring with same product 3-1/2" for baseboard.
- Install new toilet, new valve and supply line.
- Install new vanity mirror and light fixture.
- Install new GFCI receptacle and new dimmer switch.
- Install new bath accessory package, including: towel bar, toilet tissue holder and
robe hook.
- Clean up and debris removal.
